- Enter your booking reference (PNR).
- Enter your surname, as in your passport.

Frequently asked questions
What is a flight reservation for visa?
It is a booking reference (PNR) in your name, made with the airline but not paid. Embassies often ask for a travel plan, and this shows it. It does not have an e-ticket number.
Can I use it to board a flight?
No. For your visa file only. Not for boarding or travel. If you are travelling now, ask us for a Confirmed Return Ticket.
How can I check my booking?
Open the airline's Manage Booking page and enter your PNR and surname. Your name and dates will show on screen.
How long is it valid, and how fast do I get it?
Usually 48 hours, so book it close to your appointment. You get the PDF the same day, Sat–Thu 10am–8pm.
Will this get my visa approved?
No one can promise that. The embassy decides your visa. We give you a clear, correct reservation for your file.
Can I get a refund or change the date?
Full refund before we make your reservation. After we send the PDF there is no refund, but we change the date once for free. If we make a mistake in your name or dates, we fix it free.
